These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AGAFE Bake & Brew website, online ordering, QR table ordering, and rewards program (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
2. Orders & Payment
Orders placed through the Service — online for pickup, at a table via QR code, or in-store — are subject to product availability and pricing at the time of order. Prices, menu items, and availability may change without notice.
3. Rewards Program
Loyalty points are earned on completed orders and have no cash value. AGAFE Bake & Brew may change how points are earned or redeemed, or end the rewards program, at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access another customer's account, interfering with normal operation, or submitting false order or payment information.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, AGAFE Bake & Brew is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
